Selected Work
End-to-end systems I've designed, shipped, and own in production — the decisions behind them, what broke, and what changed as a result.

Regional cloud instability created serious risk for core platform availability, storage access, and day-to-day business operations. I helped move and stabilise critical infrastructure across AWS regions, using Frankfurt as the recovery target while validating EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, DNS, AWS DataSync, and multi-AZ resilience to keep production workflows usable during the disruption.

“Click publish” sounds simple, but the real work happens inside the CRM/ERP. I improved the engine that validates listings, prepares publishing data, and syncs them to websites, PWA experiences, and enterprise APIs.

Sales teams lacked a reliable way to prioritise leads, leading to inconsistent follow-ups and missed opportunities. There was no clear signal to identify which leads required immediate attention.

The CRM began slowing down as data volume and usage increased, affecting core workflows and user productivity. Key operations such as loading lists, filtering data, and processing actions became noticeably delayed.

The business needed a mobile-accessible system, but distributing through app stores was not viable due to operational and compliance constraints. Users still required a fast, app-like experience on their devices without friction.
